We accept any item purchased on brands24.shop, brands24.ro, brnds24.de or brands24.at website that you are not completely happy with within 60 days of your purchase.

We recommend you use a tracked service and keep the proof of postage.
Your payment will be refunded using the same payment method used to pay for the purchase within 14 days upon receipt of the returned goods.
Consumer rights if the item is faulty
Under the EU Consumer Rights, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your item you’re entitled for the following:
- Within 30 days of purchase > If your item is faulty, you can have it repaired, get a replacement or get a refund.
- Within 6 months of purchase > If it can't be repaired or replaced,
- then you're entitled for a refund in most cases.

If you’ve been unlucky to receive a faulty, damaged or wrong item, please immediately contact our customer support team via email email@example.com or on our online chat.
We do accept exchanges for sizing of the same product or other product within 60 days. For Size Exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping back the product to us, as well as covering the cost of shipping the new size if applicable. We do not accept exchanges for used apparel. We will ship the new size out after we have received the product in hand, as well as payment for the cost of shipping the new size out. Once we receive the product, we inspect it to make sure it is in new, unworn- condition. Please note that any items returned without all the originals tags or in used conditions will not be accepted or refunded in full amount.
If you are interested in express exchange, you can place a new order & pay the order. Your payment will be refunded right after receiving returned items.
